RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Return and Exchange Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Exchange Policy at any time.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
No Returns or Exchanges: Due to hygienic reasons, we don’t allow any return or exchange on items purchased by you.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, and the customer can replace it within 7 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall not be liable to pay shipping fees. After 7 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.
- In this case, we will reship a new item and the customer shall return the product to us.
- The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
All customers must contact www.thetinyworldofmassivemagic.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
However, in a determination to accomplish customer satisfaction, if there is an issue, you can contact us for a refund or any other issues through our email [email protected].
We will also refund you back in the following circumstances:
- If we conclude that the original payment was made out of fraud;
- If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error;
- If we make a refund as per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time;
- If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion.
- We are happy to support you if there is any issue you can contact our back-office team for any inquiry or problem.
If for any reason, our back-office staff confirms a refund. Then, a refund will be made accordingly.
